Reset in Western Springs
We are driving to the beach near Destin but are taking a stop in Western Springs after moving out of the dorms to repack before we head out again. Although we continued further west for our rest point, we did stop in Rochester to see the Mitchells, and Anna even took us to a KoreanContinue reading “Reset in Western Springs”
Last Weekend in the Dorms
We had a great closeout to the end of the semester. I completed my final exams and feel very confident about them. After finals were over, we began moving out of the dorms. Mom & Dad arrived yesterday while Dave & Carolyn arrived (in two cars) today. We began to move out yesterday and completedContinue reading “Last Weekend in the Dorms”
Just For Fun Festival, Midsummer Nights Dream, Mayfair
We had another busy week here at Threshold and Lesley. On Thursday, the Lesley Activities Office held a Just For Fun event on Doble Quad. There were a lot of events and it was very similar to Quadfest last weekend. Some of the activities we tried were the Photo Booth, Build A Bear, and bubbles.Continue reading “Just For Fun Festival, Midsummer Nights Dream, Mayfair”
Quadfest, CCV, Bowling, Red Sox Game
Another busy week here at Threshold. On Saturday, we attended the Quadfest event, which is sponsored by Lesley University. It was a lot of fun and there was even a fake pool that was the photo booth. Dance Show
We had a great dance show and Mia even came to watch on Sunday. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed Ready For It by Taylor Swift. I am quite happy that the dance team is here to stay despite the Better Lesley changes. The team is a lot smaller than itContinue reading “Dance Show”
Threshold Semi-Formal, Patriots Day Weekend
I just realized I never had a chance to write about our long weekend. There were a handful of students who went home, but surprisingly, most stayed on campus. On Saturday night, we had our annual semi-formal and I loved being able to see a lot of students, alumni, and even some faculty and staffContinue reading “Threshold Semi-Formal, Patriots Day Weekend”
Dad’s Visit
We had a great visit with my dad this weekend. On Saturday, I headed up to the Printest House to do some work with him. Later, all three of us (my dad, Mia, and I) met at Wendell and walked over to Stoked. We all shared a salad and then Dad and Mia shared aContinue reading “Dad’s Visit”
Easter
Happy belated Easter to everyone. We started Easter Weekend at a Red Carpet Semi Formal dance which was for Threshold and Undergraduate students. We had a lot of fun there and I even dressed up for it. Our annual Threshold Semi Formal will occur in April and a lot of students and alumni will beContinue reading “Easter”
Spring Break
I also realized, I never had a chance to write about my Spring Break. It was more on the low-key side because Dad had a business trip. I was able to get ahead in some of my projects which was nice. I would have liked Mia to come with us and hope she can comeContinue reading “Spring Break”
