Yesterday, I headed to Chinatown with a group of Threshold students. There was me, Ryan, Peter, Joseph, Pragatti, Saumya, Eliana, Mariana and a few others that I can’t remember the names of. We split off into groups and I was with Peter, Eliana, Marina and Saumya. Right after we split up, the Dragon Dance Parade was passing through the area that my group wanted to explore and we even got to join the percussion. That was very interesting. We also ran into Saumya’s parents, but htey had a plan to meet us there. It was the first time that I had met them.
