Student of the Month, Semi Formal, MayFirst, Commencement Practice, Leader Bank Pavilion, Waterfront Walk

It was an amazing month because each month we recognize two students as “Student of the Month”. I was one of the students recognized for April along with Ben Forester. On Sunday, on my way back from my internship, I saw there was MayFair going on in Harvard Square and I even stopped by. The saying is that when sun comes out so do the folks in Harvard Square. Every day, I am still finding adventure especially since my first year in Boston was also the beginning of the end of the pandemic.

After a three-year break, the semi-formal for Threshold is back. This was the 40th anniversary, so they had a gala before the semiformal and it sponsored the Lifelong Support Program.

On Monday, we went to Leader Bank Pavilion for our graduation practice. It is near the water so I even got to stroll along the water front before our actual practice. Jill did not come since she will not be at Commencement. Additionally, three students from the Class of 2023 — Eliana, Anastasia and Will — chose not to come back, David got kicked out and our beloved Kaydee passed away over the summer. We missed them and wish they could be here to celebrate the celebration.
