Harvard Museum, “MayFair”, Dance Team Show, Boston Flower Show, early Lilac Sunday, Marathon, Reenactment of the Boston Massacure, Patriot’s Day Parade

Suddenly, it is spring. We had a preview of summer for a couple of days, but it has returned to a traditional spring weather. I was so busy this weekend, but here are some highlights for me.

On Saturday, I walked into Cambridge and spent some time at the Harvard Art Museum. My favorite art was a bird’s eye view of the city. From there, I walked into the MayFair of Harvard Square. The saying is when the sun comes out, so do the folks in Harvard Square. After a little bit of rest, I went to cheer on dancers at the Lesley University Dance Show, even though I am taking the semester off.

On Sunday, I went to my job as usual and then on my way back, I got to see some of the Lilac Bushes in Cambridge Common and Harvard Yard. It was a bit of a cold day.

On Monday, I was supposed to go into Boston to see the Marathon and Patriot’s Day Parade with Alex, but decided to stay inside because of the rain. I watched a portion of last year’s Patriot’s Day Parade in Lexington, Massachusetts. I also watched a portion of a Reenactment of the Boston Massacure from a few years ago.

We also had a Marathon Watch Party in the Threshold Program. It runs from Hopkinton (where Ben & Anna — who are not together anymore — used to live) to Copley Square (where the original adult dorm was for Lynne and Dirck).
