For my first Easter in my 20’s I am collecting quotes from the entire Fantasy Football league scattered across 4.5 houses (Mom & Dad with Mom’s voice; Uncle Pete & Aunt Marty with Aunt Marty’s voice; the Brenners with Auntie Erin’s voice and Tom with Tom’s voice) on their blog.
- Quote from Roswell — Aunt Marty’s Voice “Uncle Pete and I went to brunch at our local club that we belong to near a golf range”
- Quote from Western Springs — Mom’s Voice “We had flank steak, roast potatoes and asparagus for our Easter dinner”
- Quote from Newcastle — Uncle Tom’s Voice “I ate my chocolate egg on Friday. I also made a ham and went for a hike.”
- Quote from Needham — Auntie Erin’s voice “I went down to the cape on Friday and Saturday while Jamey and the boys stayed in Needham”
- As for what is happening here in Cambridge: Unfortunately, here in Cambridge was not the most traditional Easter that you could imagine. I got sick on Wednesday night and then could not go to my internship on Thursday and Friday. We thought it was just allergies but I ended up with a cold. It finally started to go away as of yesterday. I had the room to myself as Lauren was home and it was just Mia and I on our floor since the rest of our floor mates are from places in state and went home. One thing that was good is that Mia and I met up with Sarah and Marc to take a walk around Cambridge and then today, I went to Tiger Sugar to check it out — it was a replacement recommendation for Sam as the Bubble Tea Shop is gone.
