On Thursday, while everyone was at their internships, I took a walk around Cambridge (Harvard and Central Squares with one stop at Porter) to find the recommended places the GRA’s put on their posters. One catch is the Boston Tea Shop closed down, so Sam suggested Tiger Sugar in Harvard Square in it’s place. Oh and one of Sarah’s places — Modern Pastry — is further so I did not get to it.
After 18+ months in hiatus, the Threshold student-alumni basketball is finally back in business and at Maria Baldwin Elementary School. I went there with Sydney and Dylan for a little bit, but decided to come back to the dorm.
Yesterday, we, along with Mia, Nathalie, Marc, Sarah, Carley and Joey went to Chinatown to see the Chinese festival. The pairs were as follows: Mia & Nathalie (roommates); Carley & Joey (dating couple); us (roommates) and Sarah & Marc (consolidation). We ended up at the same places as Sarah & Marc and Mia & Nathalie, which was unplanned. It was nice, but not as crowded as I originally thought.
