Since the dorms closed we have been quite busy with a lot of holiday preparation. We started by making the bridge between flying with a parent and alone because Dad was on the plane with me but I was seated separate.
We got back to Western Springs on Friday (a day earlier than expected) and then on Saturday I got to talk with Sydney. It was nice to catch up and it will really help.
On Monday, I finished my holiday shopping and bought presents for Mom and Dad, which includes Dad’s birthday. Later that night, I ordered ingredients for Christmas Dinner. We also have a Sweet Alis order that we are going to pick up tomorrow.
Lastly, we are expecting a huge snow storm on Thursday and Friday.
