It is starting to feel more like winter. I miss the unusually warm weather that Liam brought back from South Carolina a month ago. Let me tell you everything that has made me change my mind about it.
Show Weekend for LUDT: This is Show Weekend for the Dance Team. Due to Lesley Performing Arts Club, we only had two shows instead of three like we normally do. We had one on Saturday and Sunday. I did not do a solo since the auditions were when I had Covid, but I am in one group dance.
Festivity: We have started to decorate our room for Christmas. In addition, Harvard Square and a bunch of stores have put up lights.
Thanksgiving Dinner Prep: As part of my undergraduate class, I have to do two art journals per week and thought making Thanksgiving dinner would be a great one. I’ll include photos in the journal. The menu — which I shared with Lauren — consisted of Cranberry Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Stuffing, Rolls and Cake. No turkey since there are too many wild turkeys around Cambridge.
Fall Foliage with my fabulous roommate: Since tomorrow is Sunday and we will still be around, Lauren and I will do our normal morning walk, even though I have to be at Marren by 11am.
