Another busy week in the Cambridge area.
First of all, the Queen’s funeral was held on Monday and it was on during part of my internship.
I also entered a new decade this year. My birthday was last Thursday and it was raining. After my internship and fitness class, we met up with Sydney, Dylan, Mia and Alyssa and then went to Cambridge Common for dinner. My parents treated everyone and there was even a card on file.
After dinner, we moved the celebration to the Kris lounge where we had cake. There were candles, but they were not lit for health and safety reasons. Everyone came, but they wanted to surprise me so they sent me to Casey’s room. While, I was up there, she added to the surprise and said “Guess who else wants to wish you a happy birthday”. Calvin zoomed into part of the celebration and I went nuts. Once clear, we went back to the lounge and everyone sang to me.
I moved the celebration to family with Jamey, Erin, Christopher, Drew, Mom and Dad in Needham on Friday night. We went to a Latin restaurant in Needham Heights and were able to sit inside because of the cold.
