Head of the Charles Regretta

Yesterday, I went to the Head of the Charles Rowing Event. We were able to wonder around as long as we were in groups of at least two. This was one of the first times I really got to see Eliana (she is normally with Alexi but he was in New Jersey) and I was really happy.

Eliana and I had a lot of fun but it was really crowded. We walked past Harvard Square to the event — and had a blast. We got clam chowder and sat to watch the race. There were so many booths set up. Upon entry, we got free trail mix but we did not eat it because Eliana has a nut allergy. We hung there for a really good two hours, and even got to walk over to the Bridge.

Trying to get back to Campus was a bit of a headache because we were already running late to meet her dad, but took several detours. While on Harvard’s grounds, we got lost several times and the routes that we took kept taking us into Harvard buildings. After asking for directions, we finally got out and onto Oxford Street. At the end, it was just like a normal walk she does with Alexi, only it was with me instead.

Later in the evening, Mom and Dad took me to Needham to see Jamey and Erin. We spent some time outside and then got Indian takeout. That was a blast as well.
